Abstrak

ABSTRAK PT.UMK/Perorangan merupakan terobosan yang baik dari pemerintah untuk memberdayakan dan meningkatkan daya saing pelaku UMK agar bisa mendapatkan akses ke perbankan, investor dan pemerintah termasuk keikutsertaannya dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa pemerintah. Hanya saja, pelaku UMK yang membuat atau memiliki PT. UMK/Perorangan masih mengalami kendala untuk terlibat dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa pemerintah. Hambatan yang dimaksud antara lain adalah sistem, budaya dan sumber daya manusia yang ada dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa pemerintah itu sendiri. Perbaikan sistem dan regulasi serta sosialisasi dan pelatihan yang konsisten diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan keterlibatan UMK/Perorangan yang merupakan pelaku UMK dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa pemerintah.
