FOCUS AND SCOPE

Focus and scope of SRJD research areas include visual communication design, interior design & architecture, fashion design, design, and culture, which emphasize the value aspect that is essential to the enhancement of human beings. SRJD published an original copy of articles research manuscript that is: 1) written based on research or field study, 2) written based on the design process, and 3) book reviews that are written with the minimum of 20 references. PEER REVIEW PROCESS

Manuscripts (other than those that are of insufficient quality or unlikely to be competitive enough for publication) are reviewed by two or more reviewers using double-blind peer review procedures in the process.

 

PUBLICATION ETHICS

Publication ethics for SRJD applied to authors, editors, and reviewers. The publication ethics refers to the ethical requirements set by the scientific publications Research Professor Assembly (MPR) Indonesian Institute of Sciences (2014). More on publication ethics please refer here. 

 

PUBLICATION FREQUENCY

SRJD is published twice a year, in January and July, by Faculty of Art and Design, Maranatha Christian University.

 

INDEXATION

Serat Rupa Journal of Design has been indexed by GARUDA, Google Scholar, Crossref, WorldCat, BASE.

PLAGIARISM CHECK

Any manuscript submitted to SRJD will be processed by plagiarism screening using  www.turnitin.com.  Preferably similarity is <20%, therefore manuscripts which similarity exceeded 20% with other publications will be declined.

 

AUTHOR FEE

There is no charge for the article processing and article submission. 

 

KEYWORDS

Keywords are words or phrases in the form of concepts, perspectives, theories, problems, and actors as the focus of the script. Maximum keywords are five words written in alphabetical order, separated by a semicolon.
