Identifikasi dan Analisis Keinginan Pengguna Lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Menggunakan Fuzzy Quality Function Deployment (FQFD)

Abstract

Seperti halnya industri, Perguruan Tinggi (PT) saling bersaing untuk dapat memenuhi keinginan pelanggannya. Untuk itu setiap PT harus mengadopsi pendekatan customer oriented. Pelanggan PT terdiri dari beberapa pihak antara lain mahasiswa, pengguna lulusan, dosen, orang tua, dan pemerintah. Setiap pelanggan mempunyai keinginan yang mungkin berbeda. Untuk memenuhi keinginan pelanggan, diperlukan suatu rencana proses bisnis yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keinginan pengguna lulusan dan menentukan proses bisnis yang berhubungan serta menentukan urutan prioritas kepentingannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah menggunakan pendekatan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Identifikasi keinginan pelanggan dilakukan melalui studi literatur, sedangkan tingkat kepentingan diukur dengan menggunakan skala Likert dan Triangular Fuzzy Number (TFN). Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa 3 keinginan pengguna yang paling penting adalah pengetahuan dan keahlian dosen, mahasiswa mempunyai kemampuan analisis dan mahasiswa mempunyai kemampuan menggunakan teknologi informasi. Sedangkan 3 proses bisnis yang harus diprioritaskan adalah proses pengajuan dana penelitian dan abdimas, alokasi anggaran penelitian dan abdimas dan studi lanjut dosen.
