Abstract

Pandemi Coronavirus-19 (Covid-19) telah memberikan dampak yang cukup signifikanpada segala aspek kehidupan manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkangambaran dampak kesehatan jiwa yang diakibatkan oleh pandemi COVID-19 terhadap sivitasakademika Universitas Kristen Dutawacana (UKDW). Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalahcross-sectional, pengumpulan data dilakukan secara daring dengan menggunakan skriningkuesioner SRQ-29 dan PHQ-9. Data demografis penelitian ini menunjukkan mayoritas respondenadalah perempuan (72,2%). Usia minimal 19 tahun, maksimal 42 tahun dengan modus 20 tahun.Tingkat penghasilan sebagian besar di bawah Rp 5.000.000 per bulan. Jumlah anggota keluargayang tinggal serumah pada sebagian besar responden kurang dari 5 orang. Sebanyak 50%responden sudah menikah. Hasil skrining dengan kuesioner SRQ-29 menunjukkan 44,4%menunjukkan gejala neurosis; 33,3% menunjukkan gejala psikotik; 55,6% menunjukkan gejalaPTSD. Skrining dengan instrument PHQ-9 menunjukkan 22,2% responden menunjukkan gejaladepresi ringan dan sedang; sedangkan untuk gejala depresi sedang-berat dan berat sebesar 5,6%.Depresi dan kecemasan pada para penyintas perempuan lebih tinggi dibandingkan laki-laki.Simpulan penelitian adalah pandemi COVID-19 memberi dampak psikologis terhadap penyintasdalam lingkungan sivitas akademika UKDW, antara lain adanya kencenderungan mengalamigejala depresi, psikotik dan pengalaman yang traumatis.
